Watcher of the Things Conquered

There are no being considered dieties in the Trout Constellation, but there is a few that would be best described as ones. The Watcher of the Things Conquered can sometimes be sighted bearing witness to scenes of historical turning points and events of great importance. Even though their presence is enormous, they can be only percieved briefly and from a great distance.
